German Tax Advisory for Cross-Border Business Decisions
Our services

Since 2013, we have been supporting companies
We look at your company as a whole: business model, corporate structure, contracts, transactions, financing and operational processes. We combine tax expertise with many years of experience in auditing, business consulting and working with a wide range of business models.
Our particular strength lies in thinking through and co-designing corporate structures with foresight – so that they remain economically sustainable, tax-efficient and adaptable even as circumstances change.
Because good tax planning does not start with the tax return, but with business decisions. We develop and compare courses of action, consider tax and economic consequences and, where needed, coordinate lawyers, notaries and other specialists. The result is an integrated approach for stability, growth and long-term development.

Our strength: thinking through and co-designing structures with foresight – economically sound, tax-efficient and adaptable.
Good tax planning starts with the business decision. We compare alternatives, consider tax consequences and coordinate lawyers, notaries and specialists – for an integrated approach.
For international projects we consider the tax, legal and economic connections across borders. We identify the advisory needs abroad and support our clients in selecting suitable local specialists.
We coordinate the collaboration with foreign tax advisers and lawyers, consolidate their results with the German tax requirements and develop an integrated approach.
Case Studies
Coordination across funding institutions, banks and the owner.
For a Canadian manufacturing investment, Dallman coordinated public funding, financing, reporting and tax advisory – from the first subsidy approval through to the later expansion.
A Canadian owner had built and operated a production facility in Germany using public subsidies. After the initial subsidy approval, Dallman took over financial and tax coordination, monitored ongoing reporting and supporting investment documentation, and supported the next subsidy application during the production expansion — including reviewing the bookkeeping, supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and providing tax advisory. Dallman remained involved beyond the subsidy phase and later supported the next expansion.

After an audit with back payments running into millions, Dallman developed and represented a consistent transfer pricing structure. In the subsequent audit, the approach was largely accepted.
After an initial tax audit with back payments running into millions, Dallman analysed the business model, purchasing flows and the allocation of functions, risks and profits between Germany and Russia. Pricing, benchmarking, intercompany contracts, accounting and customs were combined into a consistent transfer pricing structure. Dallman prepared the documentation, coordinated comparability analyses and represented the position in multi-year negotiations with the tax authorities. In the subsequent audit, the approach was largely accepted; the fundamental transfer pricing disputes of the preceding years did not recur.
View CaseEight European markets. One structured, audit-proof system.
Dallman coordinated VAT, data and filing processes across eight European markets. The first tax audit concluded without major corrections or back payments.
For a German-managed online business, Dallman coordinated VAT requirements across eight European markets and the collaboration with the respective local advisers. Working with developers and IT, the tax and reporting requirements were transferred into the CRM systems. Data transfers, inventory management, reporting, filings and contract structures were aligned and designed with future tax audits in mind. Ongoing compliance ran smoothly; the first tax audit was also concluded without major corrections or back payments.
